I just can't believe how rude and unhelpful the staff are here. I've dealt with it for years.. The older ladies at the checkout need to move on because they clearly hate working in retail. The younger people aren't so bad.. I bought an item today and was charged extra so straight after paying I waited in the corner after looking at my receipt and was called over by one of the older ladies and told her the situation and she told me you'll have to wait in the line again. I said but I've literally just paid and you called me over?? She said nope you'll have wait in the queue (which by the way is always at least a 10 minute wait EVERY time). I made a complaint to the manager on at the time and she did not even apologise just simply said ok yeah no problems" I've spent thousands here over the past few years but i will not be going back!!!"

Went there to buy some material, to make a cover for my bass amp. To protect it from damage from using it every weekend.

This is a fantastic store. Spotlight can never be big enough. They have so much stock it’s bulging at the seams (not sure if anyone gets the pun there … seams .. habadasheree).Towels, bed sheets. Nick nacks. You can’t go wrong.To be fair. It’s like a Bunnings for ladies.

I go to spotlight every now and again. This time I went for a zipper for my jacket, a nice lady helped me pick the correct one boy does my jacket now zip up and down again. No more cold days at work for me. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve placed quite a few click and collets with various retailers as I’m decorating a home we’ve purchased. Spotlight Midland has been consistently processing my CNCs in a very timely manner. Great customer service.

My go to place for everything. The staff are super helpful and there's always a sale on. Very pleased

It's a well laid out store with everything you need in the way of materials, bedding, curtains, crafty stuff and lots more. A typical spotlight in fact. Helpful staff and reasonable prices.
