I bought dishwasher here i paid over $2000 but it's not working .I never used this so I complained and she promised refund but since March she didn't reply me and take my call. I already complained consumer protection. This is like scamMandy you need keep your word have to refund it.I sue her now I will let you know the result soon.Don't buy anything from her.Court order she has to full refund and pay court fee as well..and she accepted that. It took over 1 year. I hope this case is good lesson for her.Such a pain and time waste.

I purchased a new commercial fridge and when it arrived we removed the plastic and found broken plastic from the door, which had been put with the warranty books and the door had dropped by 10mm. When I rang to speak to them about it Mandy was aware of the damage and laughed and was not interested in rectifying it. Her suggestion was to come and buy something else from the store to get a bit of discount. I told her that this was a disgusting way of doing bussiness and I woul never deal with them again. I would advise people to go to someone that backs up their product.

Be aware! Don’t buy unless it’s dirt cheap because they will never respond to any of your warranty claims. Basically you have to pay for your own repairs. Very dodgy business owner and probably that’s why their business location caught fire few years ago.

Bought a comercial freezer and was advised its high quality and tested. Free delivery which was good. The freezer had a faulty inverter board so no temp display but was still cold. Supplier promised to fix but had many excuses. Led light was missing and bare wires sticking out. If you do not know how to repair equipnent make sure you inspect it befire you purchase These guys buy equipnent others get rid of due to faults najor or minor.

I've used this company several times over the last couple of years. Always bang on. Engineers always brilliant, always try to resolve the issue at the first time of asking. Decent response time too.

Be aware of Mandy/Amanda as she is full of excuses and did not deliver the after sales /warranty service which she promised. I purchased a chargrill from her 3 months ago and she was very nice and efficient before I paid the money in full. She re-assured me that it was Natural Gas and she put the details on the invoice. After I paid in full and the chargrill was delivered, we discovered it was LPG and we could not use the chargrill. After back and forth on the phone with her for over 3 weeks, she promised she would fix this but she never delivered. I asked for a refund which she said she would, however, she never refund the money. I had no choice and had to lodge a complaint with Department of Industries.

Be careful when purchasing from these guys. They tell you all items are tested and serviced before sale - this is not true. They purchase liquidated stock and dump it in their warehouse until someone comes along.Every item we purchased had issues or missing parts. Benches were filthy on delivery and appliances needed good money spent to fix. They will deny there is anything wrong and 3rd party opinions are liars and cheats. They want you to use their own people to install so they can hide the problems.Do yourself a favour - buy brand new or buy off a private seller. Buying private will give you better quality and much cheaper pricing as their warranty doesn't mean much.

I bought a dough mixer and a fridge. 2nd time I have used the mixer, it broke down. Still in warranty. They told me they were going to fix it but they disappeared and not answering my calls. I went in person but I have been invited to leave the warehouse.
